Live chat not getting routed to available agent and after chat ended still it shows active

Live chat not getting routed to available agent and other issue is after chat ended still it shows active and gets into closed complete state after an hour.

Are you telling the VA what queue to use when routing to a live agent?  (This is if you are using Advanced Work Assignment)

The 2nd one, sounds like the agent is not ending the chat when done.  Our users rarely end the live chat so our agents click on the end chat button.
