We have Zurich instance and want "Provide Feedback" topic to hide in Show me everthing menu and not to include in topic discovery.
I know there is an open question for the same issue. But it was asked few years ago. So, I want to ask it again. Is it possible to do it or should I create a now ticket?
Thanks
Oya

@Oya Orhan You need to connect with ServiceNow HI Support and they will force deactivate it, as we cannot do it.

Ahoy @Oya Orhan,
could you share a screenshot to ensure that I understand correctly? It may be more things confused one for another..
EDIT: typos correction.

Hi @GlideFather
Virtual Agent's show me everything screenshot (OOTB and from our instance) and 'Provide Feedback' topic's screenshot from Designer are attached.
I don't the 'Provide Feedback' topic to be displayed in 'All Topics' menu. But I cannot edit the topic, even I cannot deactivate it. You can see that the options are deactivated and I get 'Prebuilt topics are read-only. To customize for your own use, please first duplicate it.' message.
Thanks.

Thanks @salma98 ,
I've created a HI ticket. SN sent me an updateset which deactivates the "Included in topic discovery" and "Included in list of topics" options. I've attached the related update set. It can be used by importing to the instance and committing it inside retrieved update sets.
