One of our Artificial Intelligence Product Advisory Council members is curious to know what other customers are doing and the challenges other customers face when it comes to running the ServiceNow platform. With that in mind, they are conducting a short survey about the use of the ServiceNow Virtual Agent within different organizations. By sharing your feedback, we can identify what’s working well and what might need fine-tuning, helping all of us benefit from the collective insights of the community.
We have created a short survey to capture this feedback, and if you can take 5 minutes to complete it, it would make a real difference for both the customers and the ServiceNow team. This survey was also posted on the AI PAC community forum, but since that is a small group, I wanted to post it on the VA NLU community forum as well since we have such a big customer base here.
