Show Notification Setup topic disable

Hi SNC,

How can I disable the Show Notification Setup topic for Virtual Agent?

Some details:

This topic isn't available in the Virtual Agent Designer to disable it.

When you check the Setup Topics Model NL NLU model, there is an intent called #Show Notification mapped to VA Topic: Show Notification. Clicking on the topic name opens the VA Designer, but unfortunately the topic doesn't get loaded.

Hopefully someone can help us with this challenge.

Can you try this option, make it false and try pls.

Go to Virtual Agent > chat settings > notification to off.

Thanks for your response, but I can't find the mentioned setting. I don't have the module "Virtual Agent > Chat settings > notification". Chat settings is not present in the Virtual Agent application menu.

Did you installed a separated plugin for this?

Hi,

If you are on the san diego version - go to navigation filter - type conversational interfaces - settings - then click on virtual agent

I am having the same issue, and mines was false. So the above suggestion didnt work.

I would also like to know how to do this. I am on Rome and can't figure out how to disable this topic.
