Slot Filling in Virtual Agent with NLU

Good Afternoon,

Currently on the latest version of SNow San Diego Hotfix 2

I am trying to get slot filling working for a simple user lookup and it just does not want to work:

So the user is asked who to search for but this might have been provided already in the initial input, trying to grab that information to do a look up on the user table and return a card with their contact details.

I'm pretty sure I will go more grey after this, lost count how many times I have trained and published the model and published the topic... does anyone see anything I am missing? no matter what I do it always ask the question and never skips it

I discovered turning this off in the module, skips the question.

I just managed to resolve it:

I needed to change the mapped entity to person
