Desktop Notification for End Users for Agent Chat Conversation

Hello, I was following this Enable or disable Connect notifications globally and trying to enable the desktop notification on the end user side whenever a message submitted from Agent end but its not working. 

Audio alerts works fine but Desktop Notifications are not working.

Users initiate Chat from Service Portal and I have enabled notifications in Chrome Browser and Notification Preferences in System Settings. Agents accepts chat from AWA and use Agent Workspace Platform.

The Same settings works with Connect Chat on Platform. Please suggest. thanks

Hey Murali, Yes, This is on the Agent Side and it works fine. I am looking for enabling notifications on the end user/customer side. At the moment if they had minimized the Browser window only audio alerts works, I am looking for Desktop notification or Flash Notification whenever Agent Responds with a message. Thanks  

HI Vinay, 

There is no OOB features for end users, there is reminders setting if end users stay idle for long time. 

But there is no desktop notification for end users only audio alerts.
