Hi Team, 

while creating intent for model in virtual agent it shows me below error 

"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again later". Due to this error, I am unable to create intent. Please try to resolve issue ASAP. Please refer attached snapshot.

Hi @AnjaliS28578901 

This is expected since you're testing in the PDI environment. PDI has certain limitations when it comes to AI/NLU capabilities, so there isn't much we can do in this context.
