Hi All,
Analysis that provides details on the "Topic sent via the Actionable notification" indicator

  • What notifications are applicable here
  • Do we need this turned on?
  • If not, can we remove to prevent confusion from users viewing this dashboard
  • If yes, what is needed to support making this active and developing this graphic further?
    from where the data is coming here? is there any table? any filters?

That is beneficial when you are using Virtual Agent notifications.

We use notifications that are "Actionable" via Topic for:

Requests requiring approval

Incident is resolved

 

This is what our chart looks like, it looks like a lot do not take action, however, I send the notification to two different places. mweb and Teams

could you please help me here because i tried to tigger notification in the portal chat bot but it's not triggering. I used OOB notification "Incident on behalf of caller". could you please help me to get some demo data over there.

This will be difficult to help with without seeing the full configuration you have.

Basically, if you are using OOB just need to ensure the notification is active and the Topic is published

In the notification logs the record created but in the VA chatbot(portal)  i am not getting notification. I already switched on notifications toggle in VA settings.
