Analysis that provides details on the "Topic sent via the Actionable notification" indicator

  • What notifications are applicable here
  • Do we need this turned on?
  • If not, can we remove to prevent confusion from users viewing this dashboard
  • If yes, what is needed to support making this active and developing this graphic further?
    from where the data is coming here? is there any table? any filters?

Went to system notification / provider / notification and activate Incident on behalf of caller

Testing this, if your account creates an incident, you do not receive the notification. It only gets sent to the Contact. Testing things like this, I impersonate another user, create an incident for me, stop impersonation and check if I get the notification.
