Training - Needit topics - Test doesn't work

I'm trying to do the exercise at https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/utah/servicenow_application_developer...

 

But clicking Test in Studio brings up the Default chat experience. When I select Update NeedIt Records, from the options, I get:

[preview only] Your test phrase triggered a different topic. Go back to the NLU Settings tab and make sure this phrase is tied to the correct intent.

 

If I click Test Active Topics in Virtual Agent Designer, then the Update Needit Records flow does load, but that doesn't help me test the Start greeting and End confirmation.

Why does Test not work in Studio?

I have the same problem, were you able to solve it somehow?

 

Edit: I just solved it, you have to uncheck "Include topic discovery" in the Virtual Agent window.

Hi @CliffB

It seems that you don't have enough intent for NLU and it possibly deflects the topic. I suggest getting familiar with NLU and using it for adding intents.

However the learning plan should have worked without the need of NLU. Try using same content is Washington version rather than Utah version. Also make sure you added atleast 4-5 keywords for the topic from Properties tab in Additional section.
