Unable to Duplicate "Create Incident" Topic block

Hi Guys,

I am trying to duplicate  "create incident" topic block in virtual agent designer. creating a duplicate is not an issue but when i try to "publish" it or "Active" it shows an error :

"RecordOutputPrompt f1e63a963ef040eebea961154958b567 property 'table' value 'universal_request' is invalid. (Table 'universal_request' does not exist. Ensure the correct plugins are installed.)".

I didnt change anything in a newly duplicate block,, but it still shows this,, seems like a Paris issue,, i upgrade my instance from Orlando few days back.

some might ask Why you wanna duplicate it ?

I want to set some additional fields when creating a incident record, "Script include" already created for that.

So,, i couldn't able to solve the above mentioned issue,, but i tried a workaround by creating a new topic block from scratch and copied everything from duplicate "Create incident" block and it worked.

Hi there,

The Create Incident topic block has been updated in Paris. Also it uses field universal_request now, on the incident table. Can you check if that field has been added with your upgrade? So table incident, field universal_request?

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Kind regards,

Thanks for the quick reply Mark,,

It seems like its added in the table, Ref attach

However i am not seeing it on the record view though (Default view)

I am having the same issue.  My incident table also does have the field universal_request  a reference field to task
