VA NLU Returning incorrect results

Hello all.  I am working on some configurations for the VA, and so far, I have a couple very strange results.

I manually created some NLU models for a couple workflows.  I have created one to do with File Shares, one with WiFi, and one for Passwords.  Here are a few examples of what happens:

- If I type in 'wifi', i get both the WiFi, and the File Share intent with 100% confidence.

- If I type in 'wifi is down', I get both the WiFi and the Password intent with 100% confidence.

- If I type in 'password', I get both the password and the File Share intent with 100% confidence.

- But, if I type in 'file share', I only get the File Share intent with 100% confidence, as expected.

I manually added entries to the intent, as well as adding a few vocabulary entries.  There is nothing even remotely resembling wifi in either the File Share or Password intents.  Nowhere in the VA Designer File Share or Password flow is the term wifi mentioned in any fashion.  For the life of me, I can't figure out why it keeps returning as a predicted intent, much less with 100% confidence.

Reading this, you created different NLU models. It is best to have one NLU model with multiple Intents in that model. Pick a model, add the intents in that model. attach the topics to the new intent.
