VA Translations works in the portal, but does not work in Teams.

Hey guys!
After connecting the virtual agent with Teams, the messages from the setup topics/name of topics in Teams are not being translated into the users' language. Using the VA through the portal by putting the person's profile in another language (Portuguese, for example) all setup topic messages are dynamically translated and it works perfect. Apparently teams can't identify the person's language.
I already tried to configure teams and put it in the user's language, I checked and the translations exist in the sys_ui_message, but nothing works, any ideas?


In this image for example, in teams it does not translate and using the bot in the portal the message and also the name of the topics are translated correctly, as well as all the setup topics and the general experience of the bot.

In the end , I let the user choose there preffered language to solved this problem
