Hi Community, 

I'm struggling to find where can I modify this message its being displayed on MS teams every time you need to approve something, see image bellow: 

Where is this coming from ? I want to customize it a bit

any help, would be really appreciate!!

It looks like one of the ServiceNow for Teams Actionable Notifications which is OOTB.

On the Filter Navigation menu look here:

ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams > Notifications > Provider Notifications > MS teams Non-actionable Approval

You can alter what is shown in the 'Content' Related List

Hi Paul, 

I did what you suggested me, but however I dont see there any of the fields that we are seeing on MS teams when we receive a approval request. See the screenshot below, this is what I see on the 'Content' related list.
