As the OOB Walk Up Experience Widget is not very easy to customise and add more questions, I am purely using the Record Producer and Variable set that is utilised by the widget. This has allowed me to add addition questions on the Portal and create an appointment as required.
What I am trying to do is, display any open appintments the user may have and also give them ability to cancel the appointment. I have tried using the OOB "Appointment Booking-Listing" widget, but it just shows "No records in Appointment Booking using that filter",
even if I have updated the filter condition.
Does this widget only work if you use the "Customer Service" module,or ideas where I am going wrong or any ideas on how to achieve the functionality I am after?
