Virtual Agent Category and SubCategory

I want to add a subcategory below the category 1 in VA

Hi,

Are you trying to create a Sub-Category under standard Categories from "sys_cb_topic_category" table? If yes, there is no field in this table to accommodate sub-category. If you create a field, then both Category and sub-category need to be referenced in Topic, which would be a major change.

If this doesn't help, please provide more details about what you are trying to do.
