Virtual agent greeting issue?

i was not able to see start a new chat in VA ,was using ootb greetings topic

Hi @Liyakhat ,

Navigate to sys_cs_topic table and "is topic visible" to true

Hi Liyakhat,

You recently upgraded to San Diego, It is likely your greeting topics are removed from the settings.

1. Go to Conversational interfaces > settings 

2. Choose virtual agent > custom greeting and setup

3. Open default experience and in setup, the topic tab update the topics
