How many topics can we add in virtual agent (more options ) how to add and how to set limit.

Hi @REDDYBATTULS 

The topics you see are OOTB (out-of-the-box) topics. To view the available topics and control their visibility, follow these steps:

1. Go to Virtual Agent Designer

2. Open each topic one by one

3. Under each topic, you'll find the availability conditions

4. There, you can specify the roles for which the topic should be visible 👥

We're implementing the same approach for our customer as well. ✅

Search Limitations: 

The search bar is misleading—it only allows searches within the listed links, not across broader topics. 

If a user enters a topic not listed (e.g., outside the three visible options), the system returns no helpful results.

The statement does say …filter the list of topics below. Can the search message be edited?

1. How many topic can we keep visible at a time any record level limit. 

Atul:

I don't think there's a hard limit on the number of topics, but if you add too many, it can become difficult for users to scroll and search through them.

At my client’s site, we have 15 topics displayed on the same screen without the need to scroll, and it works smoothly.

Search Limitations: 

The search bar is misleading—it only allows searches within the listed links, not across broader topics. 

Atul: 

I think this is expected behavior — it only searches a limited number of topics here. For anything beyond that, users can search directly in the Virtual Agent main window.
