Hello, 

I've set up virtual agent on a on - premise instance and I'm having issues trying to upload files (tried JPEG, PNG)  through virtual agent on the service portal. Every time I try to upload the attachment I get a message that says "We couldn't process your file at this time. Please try uploading again." from the virtual agent.

 

1. Created File picker as it states in:

2. Created a record action utility:
