In my PDI: 

1.I am getting this below error whenever I navigate to nlu workbench->model

Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support

2.What is the primary language? in Start from blank appear as blank even though all plugins are installed

@rachna56  NLU and other machine-learning features are not available in PDIs. You won't be able to go through the steps to create a model if the service is not active.
