Virtual agent reactions in MS teams

Hi community,
I have noticed that when you react to a Virtual agent message on teams, it gets confuse and throws I'm having technical issues and wont be able to continue this conversation. Example if you react to a message with a like it sends this message, see the screenshot bellow.
do anyone knows how to fix it or disable it?
any help would be much appreciate it.

It was a known issue with the Plugin Conversational Integration with MS Teams version 6.0.0 and 6.1.0 when we upgraded our DEV instance to that version we found that issue so left our Prod Instance on 5.1.0 till the issue is fixed. The issue is now fixed in Washington in our DEV instance we updated to Plugin 7.0.0. Hopefully this ins't in your prod instance as I don't beleive you can roll back would require a full removal of the plugin and reinstall failing that waiting for Washington to be GA.

thanks for your comment.
It's our prod instance having this issue. We recently upgraded the Plugin Conversational Integration with MS Teams to version 6.0 because previously we had another with the previous version. I'll open a case with snow to see what could be the reason.
