We would like to update the out-of-the-box Anything Else topic. Right now, when the VA asks "Is there anything else I can assist you with?" - the "Yes" button takes the user back to the opening conversation.
We want to add a new button so the user can return (switchTopic) to the last topic they visited before Anything Else. How can we fetch that topic name/sysID from within the Anything Else topic?
