We have a process for calling a specific topic in VA where a logged in customer will be directed to a live agent.
Even though the customers name is displayed in the inbox of the agent, it is not being added to the associated contact field on the interaction. The customers company account is though!
We are also seeing that post chat surveys arent being displayed and the chats are just ended.
Does anyone have any insight into this and how we can achieve?
