Welcome Greetings for separate portals

Hi All

How can we customise welcome greetings for different portals

example

service portal = Default welcome Greetings(existing one)

customer service portal = Hi  how can i help you

 need custom greetings for separate portals and it should replace default greetings only in customer service portal

Is it not there on the Create new Custom Greetings page at the bottom like this? If not, could you send a screenshot how does it looks like?

Are you trying to set a condition for the Default chat experience? Because that is not possible.

You should create a new experience for one of the portals, set a lower order than the Default Chat experience (1000 by default). When The VA starts, it will check the low order experience first, checks the condition, show whatever it is in there and go to the next one. In the end it will arrive to the Default Chat experience if none of the custom experiences' conditions are met.

Because you can't get rid of it or set a condition for it, you should either use the default for one of the portals and a custom for the other or create 2 custom for both portals and use the default for something else (or set conditions for the custom ones that the default never get executed.

i found filter when i clicked create new custom greetings

before i was checking existing record

Please make sure that when you testing it you don't have the two different portals open in the browser in different tabs. It can confuse the VA to which experience to show.
