When I click on a topic in "Show me everything" getting an error of NLU in virtual agent. Please Help!!!!

1. I clicked on "Show me everything".

2. Clicked on any topic from the list

3. I am getting an error stating : "[preview only] Your test phrase triggered a different topic. Go back to the NLU Settings tab and make sure this phrase is tied to the correct intent."

Question: Why am I getting such an error when I am clicking on a topic?

Please HELP!!!!!

Hi Hari,

When you try to test any other topic than the one which you are currently in, this message pops up. If you would like to do a complete testing of VA, I suggest doing it from the service portal widget or the virtual agent web client (https://<your-instance>.service-now.com/sn_va_web_client_login.do).

Did this issue resolve? I'm facing the same issue for the topic after I tried to create NLU for that topic.
