Where to import "Chat Header Logo" in Virtual Agent

Hi all,

I want to import a chat logo for Virtual Agent, but in San Diego version I can't select and do it:find_real_file.png 

Can anyone tell me how to do that?

Have you verified that you are working in the correct Application Scope?

When the record is writable, you should see:

find_real_file.png

How to do the same in Rome with EC branding? I found a KB https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1118030 but not sure about the steps to modify the attachment file.
