I have Ask for Approval action that is not recognizing Rejected as Rejected. If I reject approval, it is going through the workflow as it is approved during testing.
When I reject, it doesn't recognize it.

Hi James,
Thank you for your question. I was wondering the same, but I didn't have that Requested Item as an option when I was creating a trigger for this workflow. Maybe I Can also try with Incident table and see what happens.

Hi @MelisaB,
Are you using the 'Service Catalog' as the Trigger?
i.e.
Once that's applied, you can simply drag and drop the 'Requested Item Record' data pill.
Cheers

Hi James,
Thank you for this. I will try this suggestion and will let you know if it works. I was using Configuration Item from sc_request to trigger the flow.

Hi James,
I was able to pull RITM. I have an issue how to pull sc_request variables as it doesn't show that option in here. Do you have any idea how?

@MelisaB, did you mean pull variables of sc_req_item?
You would need to select your catalog item in the' Template Catalog Items and ...'
