Approval is not recognizing Rejected as Rejected

I have Ask for Approval action that is not recognizing Rejected as Rejected. If I reject approval, it is going through the workflow as it is approved during testing.

When I reject, it doesn't recognize it.

Thank you so much for your help. I'm trying to attach it to a generic request, so any time a particular Configuration Item is selected, it would trigger my flow. The problem is that when I select General request, catalog Item, it doesn't show any of the variables, so I can't configure it.

Huh, that is odd. What happens if you select a different catalog item?

Does it still return an empty list?

If not, can you share a screenshot of the 'General Request' configuration? (including its variables)

So, I've checked and there are no variables under General request, so it's a generic configuration.

I've looked up how to save "Create New Request" as a catalog item so I can call it from my workflow since it's already setup for it, but I couldn't find anything, but I know there is a way.

Sorry, not sure what you are trying to do here..

I thought you had a catalog item that has a 'Configuration Item' variable.

And you would use that as a condition to trigger an approval.

If this is the case, you would need to use that Catalog Item instead of the 'General Request'.

I tried with catalog Item, but Rejected approval is still showing as Cancelled.
