Approval is not recognizing Rejected as Rejected

I have Ask for Approval action that is not recognizing Rejected as Rejected. If I reject approval, it is going through the workflow as it is approved during testing.

When I reject, it doesn't recognize it.

Is Action #4 (Wait for condition), waiting for the Task from Action#3 to be closed completed?

Also, can you share the screenshot of the RITM itself including the state and approval fields?

Yes, Action #4 is waiting for the task from Action #3 to be Closed Complete. Here is the RITM screenshot:

Hi @MelisaB,

Nothing looks out of the ordinary, is it possible that you have more than one Flow or Workflow running on the RITM?

Also, can you check the 'state' of the approval records [sysapproval_approver] and the 'approval' field of the group approval records [sysapproval_group]?

One of these may be automatically set to 'Cancelled'
