Automatic closure of RITM and REQ not working production

Hi all,

 

I built several Catalog Items in our development instance and I created flows for each of them.  When I create a test ticket from one of these Catalog Item Requests and I then close the Catalog Task associated with the REQ and RITM the OOB functionality that closes the the REQ and RITM works fine.  After I built the same Catalog Item Request forms and the flows in our production environment, the automatic closure is not working.  I've seen a couple posts about using stages in the flow to trigger the 'Close Parent if Required' Business Rule, but I didn't have to do that in our Dev environment.  Can someone possibly point me in the right direction for why this might be occurring.  Thanks!
