I am working on a Playbook in Workflow Studio on a Brazil instance with Process Automation Designer (sn_pa_designer) version 30.0.21.
I am facing an issue with a Playbook Decision branch condition.
My flow is:
Questionnaire → Decision → Additional Review Required / Else
For the Additional Review Required branch, I configure the following condition:
Questionnaire answer | is | true
The condition builder accepts the condition and I click Save. However, when I reopen the Decision activity, the branch condition is blank again.
Playbook validation then shows:
Missing branch condition
I have already tried:
- Saving the condition and then using Save and close on the Decision
- Deleting and recreating the branch
- Deleting and recreating the Decision
- Testing in a clean browser session
- Testing with a simple condition
I am seeing similar behavior with the Playbook trigger condition as well. The trigger condition can be configured and saved, but after reopening the trigger, the condition appears blank.
Has anyone encountered this behavior on Brazil / Process Automation Designer 30.0.21?
Is there a known PRB, component dependency, configuration issue, or workaround for Decision/Trigger conditions not persisting in Workflow Studio?
