Case Playbook for Complaints

Hi all,

 

I'm experimenting with workspaces and playbooks in my PDI (Zurich).

I have installed the 'Case Playbook for Complaints' application as I want to see a playbook in action on a case in the CSM configurable workspace. I can raise a complaint case but the the Complaint Playbook is not triggered, because the Record page variant 'Complaint case process page' is inactive. I cannot activate it as I get the message 'Private application scope. The Variant is in the Case Playbook for Complaints application scope and can't be edited' and I'm unable to select that application in the scope picker. Feels like I'm missing something obvious and fundamental: what is the correct way to activate the variant?

Try with clicking on  Clear UI builder cache button  .

 

Link to refer: Private application scope. Variant is in the Safety application scope and can't be edited [Xanadu].
