Condition Builder in Record Producer or Process Automation Designer

Hi All, Is there a way to create condition builder in record producer as a variable. 
using process automation designer "User Form" activity we can bring the condition builder. however CHANGES;CHANGESFROM;CHANGESTO is not available in the view.

Extended Operators in SN Desktop Filter widget 

after doing all the configuration shown in above link you can add the widget in record producer as custom type variable..
