Hi Community,
I've created a flow that is triggered by a Service Catalog Item. In the flow, I need to access the value of a few variables. I have been attempting to use the 'Get Catalog Variables' action but it will not populate the correct variables (B) no matter what template (A) I choose.
I tried following the steps to create a Flow Catalog Variable but the form is broken, it does not load anything.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Ken Pruitt
in the field "* Template, Catalog Items and Variable Sets" of the "Get Catalog Variable" action you have to select the underlying catalog item of your RITM. In most of the cases you just drag and drop the data pill "Item" below the "RITM" from your Service Catalog trigger.

Yes, I have done that but the variables that are available under "Catalog Variables" does not update based on that selection. The variables available in the slushbucket are not even on that catalog item. When checking the reference, it shows 'Record not found' regardless of the value I select.

Disregard, I had to delete the action and recreate it and now it's behaving as expected.
