Currently when a flow changes a record it shows the updates as either the user who initiated the flow or a specific user as specified in the flow settings. It would be nice if we could easily see which flow updated the record in both the record audit history and in the activity stream. You can do this now by looking at the sys_flow_context table however if this were integrated better into the audit/activity it would be much easier to audit.
One suggestion would be to add a Flow Activity or Flow Context reference field onto the task table or universally for all tables which is set automatically whenever a flow creates/updates a record and is cleared whenever a user updates a record. There is already a field like this on the task table called wf_activity but we need a matching one for Flow. This would be convenient however probably not best practice in terms of data structure.
