Fetch attachments from one instance and attach it to the target record

Hi,

I have to service now in service now instance and migrated business application records from one to another. However I need to load the attachments of all the business applications as well along with the data please assist to know if there is any best way to migrate the attachments from one system to another and attach it to the correct target record.

@Meet Mewada you can probably take XML and import on required instance in a single shot.

Pls let me know if you have a different requirement and this does not fit.
