How can I revert to a previous version of a Decision table?

I've created a decision table for a flow and I need to revert it back to a previous version.  How can I do that?  I'm on Vancouver.

Add 'version' to the related list, find the previous version and use the related link 'revert to this version' on that version. Or find it in the sys_update_xml table and revert it from there.

It's not possible to add a related list with the form in Decision Builder.  What table stores the decision tables?  I can do it from there.
