How to set connection for Microsoft Exchange Online MID?

Dear experts,

I want to integrate with Exchange on-line to automate the mailbox permission request, for example, grant "Fullaccess", set "Send as" etc.

I tried "Microsoft Exchange Online Spoke" but stuck with setting up the connection with Microsoft Exchange Online MID. Does anyone have success use case to share?

P.S.

I've tried https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/zurich/integrate-applications/integration-hub/setup-ms-exch-ol.htm.... Connection of Microsoft_Exchange_Online is working. But this one only connect to Microsoft Graph API, not able to run PowerShell.
