Hi Everyone,
I have an existing Catalog Item (System Access) with an active legacy Workflow running on it (handling manager approvals and multiple fulfillment tasks).
We received a new requirement to automate group access provisioning based on a "Model after" user reference field. I am attempting to configure this via Flow Designer, but I am facing two major roadblocks:
Trigger Configuration:
When using the Record Created or Updated trigger, the sc_req_item table is not listed/available in the Table dropdown.
When switching to the Service Catalog trigger, the trigger step is fine, but the subsequent action fails to fetch data properly.
Get Catalog Variables Action Returns "No available values":
In the Get Catalog Variables action, I passed the Requested Item Record pill into the Submitted Request input and selected System Access under Template Catalog Items and Variable Sets.
However, the Available variables box shows "No available values" with the helper text
The Catalog Item currently has 39 variables and 4 Variable Sets. Both the Flow and the Catalog Item are in the Global scope
Any insights, troubleshooting steps, or recommendations on the ideal approach would be greatly appreciated

it looks like that catalog item doesn't have any variable inside it?
If it has then "Get Catalog Variables" flow action would show the variables
