Hi @Vikram Reddy

Thanks for the detailed response and for taking the time to explain the flow.

However, on our Zurich instance, the setup does not match the described sequence. There is no separate Inbound connection record under Integrations > Connections > Inbound for the Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards Spoke — only the External Trigger endpoint is listed, which shows "Not Configured," and the Configure button remains greyed out. There is no connection record we can open and add credentials to before it.

Just to confirm what has been done so far:

  • Outbound is configured and validated using OAuth
  • The spoke and its dependencies are installed and current
  • The plugin (sn_azure_dev_spoke) has been repaired per earlier community guidance — no change
  • The underlying http_key_auth record for microsoft_azure_devops_boards_external_trigger exists in the system, but the Authentication Policies section is empty and cannot be activated via the UI

Raised a HI case, and ServiceNow support has confirmed they are able to configure the same endpoint from their side on our instance. Since it works for them but the Configure button is greyed out for our user (verified also in incognito), it appears to be a role or ACL restriction on our user account rather than a missing connection prerequisite.

We are currently working with support to identify the exact role required. Will share the resolution once we have it, in case others hit the same issue.

Appreciate the guidance.
