On an Activity in Playbook, Can a Tooltip be Displayed on a Question?

Hi All, 

I have a requirement related to Playbooks and wanted to check if this can be achieved without customization.

Within an activity card in a Playbook, we want to display a set of questions (similar to a questionnaire) to collect user input. Now the main requirement is that we would like to show a tooltip or help text alongside each question to provide more context.

Is this possible using out-of-the-box functionality, or would it require customisation?

You can add a hint to a question if you go to: 

sys_flow_data_var

Find your questionaire. 
On the Flow Data Variables related list, add the Hint attribute and double click to add a hint
