Is it possible to add screenshots, hyperlinks to knowledge articles, or do simple formatting within playbooks? So, for example, if Step 1 references a device that we use at the company, can I post in the description or notes a screenshot of what that device looks like? The other example I have, would be if in Step 1 I reference a process, how can I link a knowledge article in the description or notes? Seems like playbooks don't allow for basic formatting either like adding bullets, changing fonts, using bold, etc.
I haven't been able to find a way to do any of the editing mentioned above currently and would appreciate any assistance!
