Hi everyone.

Anyone has an idea how to do "loop" in playbook?

The requirement is to ask an approval to a certain group for a task, if the group "approved" it then it will go to the next step. However, if the group rejected it, it will return to previous steps then the user will complete the task and then it will ask for an approval again.

You can use added a "Do the following until" loop in the underlying Flow of your activity.
