Rest action flow designer Save as attachment

I'm working on Devops Change velocity and importing Pipelines from Azure board.

Response payload is more than 10MB and trying to update the action that imports pipelines to save as attachment, however it's greyed out.

I see this is the only option I have to increase payload more than 10MB. Anyone updated it before on the flow action , not sure what I'm missing.
