I have a requirement to design and implement a process using ServiceNow RPA to automate the monthly password reset for an external reporting application. This involves creating a flow and a bot that securely performs the password reset every month without manual intervention. And also if the password expiry is nearing it should send a mail alert for the team over it to act manually. If anyone was familiar with this please guide me with the steps to implement.
