Single request with multiple requested items, how to name each requested item record specifically?

I've built a single catalog item named Software Applications that has a multi-select reference field allowing them to select any software model from the table. This will create multiple requested item records, one for each selected software application. However, each requested item record is named "Software Applications" as that is the name of the original request that the requested items stem off of. I want these individual requested item records to be named the specific software name that is being requested for visibility purposes.

So, I want the light blue "Software Applications" here to read something specific like Microsoft SQL.

How might I go about doing this?

Hi,

Software Applications is the catalog item name. You can change the short description but not the catalog item name.

Hi @Jordan4,

It might be a good idea to create individual catalog items for different software applications and then, group them under a common catalog, perhaps.
