not able to see requested item table in flow designer, while creating a flow for service catalog->requested item

Hello @shreyashshu ,
Yes , (Requested Item) table is not visible in the "Record Created or Updated" trigger in Flow Designer because servicenow restrict it as service catalog items are intended to be managed via the service catalog trigger mechanism rather than generic record triggers.
