Slow decision table of flow designer

Hello Experts,

So i'm working on a decision table with 44 records and when i click create draft

its basically taking forever to complete the process. 

In future i want to put 150 records in this table if it'll create issue like this should

i got further with this.

In my previous experience I've noticed decision table slowness is very common.

how can we fix this,

is it just issue in the dev environment and it gets fixed in prod. 

or what's the issue I'm little confused.

why it has so much performance issue in just 44 records.

Can you check following solution given in this community post :

"delete the delta version of the decision table from  sys_decision_delta table. Delta version is a draft version created when um click on 'Draft' button in the Decision table. After deleting it, you can click again in Draft button."
