Have created a number of Flow Designer workflows. Trying to better understand how these flows are triggered, and the order in when they are processed. Along with how sub-flows and actions are executed.
We are triggering 100,000s of flows quickly.
- Trying to understand how the system determines which flows to execute first?
- When sub-flows trigger do they slow down the queue?
- Are sub-flows put in the queue just like a workflow? will they not be processed until existing flows are completed?
- Is queue able to process other flows when a WorkFlow is in a waiting state? Waiting for sub-flows to finish?
- Is there a way to prioritize certain flows over other? example Internal Help Desk flow versus a flow for an external portal user?
I am looking for any documentation that helps explain how ServiceNow works through flows requests.
