Using decision Table to trigger sublflows based on the flow inputs

Hi Experts!

 

I have a ServiceNow Catalogue item that needs a different subflows to be triggered based on the Input variable.

 

I have created a decision table for see the input & trigger the subflow, but i am not sure how to actually trigger the subflow?

I have used the action "Dynamic Flow" to execute the subflow result post decision making, but in the "flow template" step, i need to fill a template, i am not sure what this means as i have more than 10 subflows that would need to run.
